How to clean stainless steel tableware

1. Daily Cleaning
After meals, promptly use warm water and a neutral dishwashing detergent, along with a soft sponge or soft cloth to wipe. After removing oil stains, rinse with clean water, then immediately dry before storing. Do not use steel wool or hard-bristled brushes to scrub vigorously, as this can scratch the surface, where scratches can trap dirt and promote limescale, and will also accelerate blackening and rusting.

2. Removing Water Stains and White Marks
If white spots or water marks remain after drying with clean water, you can use white vinegar or citric acid diluted with water. Soak for 5–10 minutes, wipe with a soft cloth, then rinse and dry to restore shine.

3. Removing Stubborn Grease, Yellowing, and Blackening
Mix baking soda with a small amount of water to form a paste, and gently rub the surface of the tableware. This can remove old grease, minor scorch marks, and yellow stains, in a gentle way that does not damage the material.

4. Cleaning Prohibitions and Maintenance
Do not use strong alkaline or highly corrosive cleaning agents, to avoid corroding the stainless steel surface;
Do not store salty vegetables, vinegar, soup, or acidic fruits for long periods; clean immediately after use;
Do not store wet after washing; keep dry and ventilated to prevent surface rust;
Avoid direct fire drying or empty heating, to prevent discoloration and deformation of the tableware.
